Less time in the inbox.More time for your guests.
I'm Mattia Lezuo from Alta Badia. For holiday-apartment owners and small businesses in Val Badia and Val Gardena, Scrivan drafts the reply to every guest enquiry, right in your mailbox. You read it, edit it and press send.
The same questions, again and again
Is anything free at the beginning of March?
What would it cost for our family?
Can we bring the dog?
Is there parking?
That is how many enquiries begin. The questions are alike, and so are the answers. Still, you write every reply from scratch: open the calendar, work out the price, explain how to get here, add a friendly greeting.
It happens in between everything else. Between breakfast and arrivals, in the evening at the kitchen table, in season on Sundays too. That time is then missing elsewhere: from the guests in the house, from your family, from everything else the business needs.
You no longer have to write the draft yourself. What goes out is still your decision.
What you get
When an enquiry arrives by email, a finished reply draft is waiting in your Drafts folder a few minutes later. In your tone, in the guest's language: German, Italian or English.
Scrivan reads from where you already keep your bookings: the calendar on Booking.com, Airbnb or your booking software, and the prices from your own price list. So the draft shows the apartments that are free according to your calendar and the price of the stay. If something is missing, the draft leaves a visible gap such as [Price] instead of making it up.
New enquiry

Hello, we are two and are looking for an apartment from 7 to 11 February. Do you have anything free, and what would it cost?
Best wishes, Anna Berger

How it works
A conversation at your place: how you reply today, which questions keep coming back.
I set everything up and use a few of your own replies as the model for the tone.
Two weeks free trial. You see how many drafts you send unchanged.
What does not change
You send every reply yourself.
Nothing is ever sent to guests automatically.
Your mailbox stays yours.
No new program, no new address for your guests.
To write the drafts, the system needs access to your mailbox. Change the password and that access ends at once.
Your data belongs to you.
If you stop, you take everything with you.
Questions
Does it work with my mailbox?
Yes, with most: Aruba, QBUS, Gmail and other providers with IMAP. You keep your address and the program you use to read your email today. For Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Hotmail or Yahoo, just ask me: signing in needs one extra step there.
Who writes the drafts?
An AI language model (Claude by Anthropic). It gets the facts about your house, your prices and a few of your own replies as a model for the tone. You read every draft before it goes to the guest.
What if a draft is wrong?
You change it or delete it, like any other email. What the system does not know for sure, it leaves open as a gap in square brackets. Tell me what does not fit and I adjust it.
Do I need booking software?
No. With the calendar from Booking.com, Airbnb, Smoobu or Beds24, or a free Google Calendar per apartment, the draft shows the free apartments. The prices come from the Scrivan price template, which you fill in once a season.
What happens to my guests' emails?
They stay in your mailbox. Scrivan keeps only what it needs, encrypted and for a limited time, and the provider of the language model does not use the texts for training. The details are in the privacy policy.
Where do I see what the system does?
In your overview at app.scrivan.it: waiting drafts, your numbers and your settings, on your phone too.
About me

I'm Mattia Lezuo from La Val in Alta Badia. Scrivan is just me: I set everything up, and if something isn't right, you talk to me directly.
I only work in Val Badia and Val Gardena, because this is where I'm from and where I can come by in person.
Besides Scrivan I work as a freelance musician and study sound engineering at SAE Institute in Munich. The first conversation always takes place at your business.
Cost
A one-time setup, then a fixed monthly fee that depends on the size of your business. After the first conversation you receive a written quote, with no obligation.
Founding price: the first five businesses signing by 31 January 2027 pay 25 percent less on the monthly amounts in their first year.
